A full, gathered maxi skirt that is as easy to wear as it is to love. The Penelope has a wide fitted waistband with a V-notch at the back for comfort, and is designed to sit either mid or low on the waist. It buttons all the way down the front, so you can leave the lower buttons open for a split, and it has pockets and a short cotton lining.
