A single self-warming eye mask — the easiest way to try one before committing to a box.

Open the pouch and it begins to warm on its own. No microwave, no cord. Natural minerals inside react with the air, and within a minute or two you have gentle heat at around 40°C that holds for a good twenty minutes. Loop it over your ears, lie back, and that's the whole ritual.
